I had the privilege of meeting Patty Annicq at Harvard Business School where she was the facilitator to our Board of Advisor program as part of the Women’s Leadership Forum. Patty has a unique ability to connect the personal and professional aspects of one’s life to form a balanced union of both. Her ability to draw out the necessary thought provoking questions to make assessments is truly a gift. I learned a number of great techniques from Patty that I continue make use of.
